On this vernal day of spring
we behold the presence of our lord.
In the sight of divine eyes
we recognize a unique life.
We pay tribute and respect to an angel with our love entwined.
Out of mutual admiration, deeply felt love and respect we bind
together to hold a candle to a heart, that never felt worthy of it's light.
Always giving from her loves bottomless cup.
Replenished for her kids, family, and friends everyday.
Reminding us the future is so bright were gonna need shades.
This candle seems like a shadow to her light
In my life I've used her beacon to light my way.
How do you put into words
a soul so ahead of its time?

There are days when we cannot look at our own reflections
those days can turn into weeks, or months or even years
and we choose to turn the other cheek to what is directly in front of us
because the sight of it is too much for us to handle.
Some days it is because we are just having a bad hair day,
others it is due to the nagging realization that something is being ignored
or maybe it is the idea that we do not want to see who we have become with age
but sadly it can be because it can make more tears come to our already watery eyes.

In the plains and hills that king Constantine did reign,
The city of Liluim stood afore rolling hills as his jewel,
Alas now she is not to her denzines but the black deaths fuel,
It started with a pig, then a cow and now not even a grain,
Nor man can escape it's bane; upon the land it leaves a stain;
The practitioners of thanatology remain deadlocked in a never-ending duel;
"Why doeth death visit my village each night, is death merely cruel"?
The question on every lip apon my visit; asked by those who remain;
I reap the weeds so that new life may be sowed; so the field may grow,
Such as I steal the life from the mouse and give it to cat since

One more day
One more day
I won’t be here
Tomorrow
Is the end
Of buried fears
Relentless
Is my mind
An angry ocean
Spiraling winds
Aggressive
Fighting
A frightened animal
Against an army
Hopeless
But resilient
To rise up
Mending broken strength
To fight
Blind monsters
Absorbing fear
In eyes
Wide
Time ticks
Through brick walls
Ticking away
Continuous
A banner draped
Over empty ships
Where have they gone?
afraid
Am I alone
In a fight
For the sky?
Return.
